Villa number two is located right by the sea in the lower part of the complex. The luxury villa, with an area of 335 square meters, can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, adjacent to an open kitchen, and a dining area that opens onto a large terrace with amazing sea views. The ground floor also has a sauna with shower, a separate toilet with washing machine, an exercise bike and an indoor pool with counter current swimming feature. The upper floor houses the four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and SAT/LCD TV. In addition, two of the bedrooms have private balconies facing the sea. The large terrace outside features a seating set and deck chairs. There’s also an atrium with greenery and two parking spaces.
The villa complex is set in a prime location, only 40 kilometers from Split airport, yet surrounded by a tranquil natural environment. However, guests can reach the historical town center of Primosten in just a few minutes by car. Primosten is a coastal town with about three thousand inhabitants, located on a peninsula surrounded by crystal clear waters. The area is famous for its beautiful vineyards and beaches, and is located between Sibenik (30 km) and Split (60 km).
