Villa Pallanza

This panoramic villa (240 m²) is situated on a quiet residential hill next to the town of Pallanza. The villa has breathtaking views over Lake Maggiore and it sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The villa has only one main floor and is suitable for all ages, both families with children and a small group of adults. The spacious and bright living room features a cosy sitting area with TV and large sliding doors leading onto the terrace with stunning lake views. There is also an open-plan kitchen and dining area (which can be separated from the living area by sliding doors) and a toilet. Going up 9 steps you reach the sleeping area with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one bathroom with tub and one bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower enclosure). All bedrooms have access to a shared balcony overlooking the garden and the lake. The housekeeper couple lives in the same property in a separate part of the villa. They will not interfere guests while their stay, but are happy to help if needed. The living room opens out onto a decked terrace which has a retractable awning and is perfect for al fresco dining or just relaxing while soaking up the views on Lake Maggiore. The villa is set in a large private park (8000 m²) with a beautifully manicured lawn, shady trees, flowering plants and bushes. The infinity swimming pool is surrounded by wooden decking complete with sun loungers, deck chairs and parasols. With walking distance (600m) you’ll reach the charming centre of Pallanza with its shops, cafes and restaurants. Stroll along the lakeside promenade or hop on a ferry to explore the delights of Lake Maggiore including the Borromeo Islands, the town of Stresa, the monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso, the Angera castle and you can even go all the way to Switzerland.
