Villa Excelencia is a magnificent eight bedroom villa located in Algarve. The villa has stunning views over the sea and direct access to the beach from the garden.
This luxurious villa comprises of a main house and a guesthouse. The main house is a two-story building. The main entrance on the upper floor in the main house opens up to an open plan living / dining room. The room has a 180 degree sea view and access to the covered terrace. Next to it you will find a spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with all modern appliances. From the kitchen you can access the covered outdoor dining area. There is also a double ensuite bedroom on this floor. A staircase leads down to the lower floor where you will find an entertainment space equipped with a bar, a billiard table, a plasma TV and a sound system with iPod connection. Next to the entertainment space is a well equipped gym, and next to it a utility room with washing machines and tumble dryers. Four further bedrooms are also located on this floor. All of them have double beds and ensuite bathrooms. Next to the main house is the guesthouse, which also is a two-story building. On the upper floor you will find a lounge area with a bar, plasma TV and sound system. On the ground floor there are three ensuite bedrooms, one with twin beds and the others with double beds. There is also a utility room on this floor. The villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with wireless internet.
The pool area is stunning with a large infinity pool that can be heated at an extra cost. There is also a pool bar, a jacuzzi and plenty of sun beds. Villa Excelencia is located on the top of a cliff overlooking the ocean. The villa is accessed through a secured gate. At the front of the property there are plenty of parking space.
