Pinta is a two-story villa. On the ground floor you will find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with comfortable sofas, a small office, and a laundry room. Next to the living room is a cozy TV room equipped with a sofa bed. This room can be turned into an extra bedroom for one adult or two children. The three bedrooms are located upstairs. One is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and balcony. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds and they share a bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. From the upper floor the guests can access the roof top terrace with jacuzzi and amazing sea views.
Outside there is a covered terrace with a dining area, barbecue and ping pong table. The private swimming pool is surrounded by wooden decking with sun beds. The guests can park their car in the driveway in front of the villa. The closest beach, Beach Pintadinho, is only 300 meters away. The small village of Ferragudo is only one kilometer away and the lively tourist town Carvoeiro approximately seven kilometers away.
