Villa Ojdana can accommodate up to 12 persons within the inside area of 400m2. The whole property has 16.000m2 land of olive groves and almonds at the foot of Mount Kozjack, near the town of Trogir in Split. Villa Ojdana is suitable for families with children and pets or for a group of friends.
The villa is three-storey. On the first floor there is a homely kitchen area, dining area and living room that is connected to a study/library area. The living room is a large open space that provides ample room to relax. On the same floor are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with modern furnishings. The large bathroom on the first floor comes with luxury whirlpool bath. Second floor consists of a separate apartment with another living area, bedroom and bathroom. There is also another double bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. On the third floor you can find charming gallery with bedroom. Villa Ojdana also comes equipped with a wine cellar and a fully equipped gym.
Outside area of Villa Ojdana features a large outdoor kitchen, BBQ area and dining space. You will also find a garage, playground and bowling alley on the outside of Villa Ojdana. The outdoor terrace has a large swimming pool and sunbathing space as well as garden area and shaded dining area. The villa is secluded and private fenced property.
Trogir is a small, historical village located in the city of Split and is home to many heritage sites and authentic Croatian restaurants. Split is an ideal base when exploring Croatia. As well as being home to many tourist attractions, ferries often go to and from nearby islands such as Brac.
