The Tuscany Villa is set in carefully landscaped gardens with generous lawns and flowering, Mediterranean borders. Sculpted into the landscape, the vast infinity pool follows the contours of the hillside and the views on all sides are simply breathtaking. Flag-stoned courtyards surround the house and the shady Tuscan stone loggia veranda takes in sunrise and sunset. A former hay barn now offers a superbly appointed garden room for sitting, reading dining or relaxing or simply even after dinner dancing – on a classical note of course. Restored to its original Tuscan form and beauty, the interiors have been inspired by an Etruscan note. Wonderfully light and airy, furnished with contemporary flair.
On the ground floor of the main villa there are three double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. On this floor there is also a reception area with dining area, open fire place and sitting area and well-equipped kitchen. One guest bathroom can be found on this floor as well.
On the first floor there's Cottage View Apartment Suite that has private independent access to the outside staircase and three double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, living-dining area with kitchen corner with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster. There is also a guest bathroom. No internal steps.
Garden View Apartment Suite is located on the first floor and has a private independent access to outside staircase and two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room., living-dining area with kitchen corner with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster. No internal steps.
All twin beds can be made into doubles. Twins are small beds and may not be suitable for large or tall adults. Apartments and the main villa have air conditioning and heating system. Each room has their own hairdryers.
The Cottage is a large room heated and air conditioned furnished with tables and chairs. Feature fireplace. Guest bathroom. In the kitchen there's a professional 6 ringed gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, American coffee maker, toaster. In the living area there's a dining room table that seats 26, smaller table to seat 8, round table to seat 4. Fireplace with sofas and easy chairs, TV sitting room with sofas and easy chairs.
Outdoors there's a loggia veranda with cushioned wrought iron, sunbeds, deckchairs, sun umbrellas. Steps between loggia and pool solarium. In addition to that there's a large covered pizza oven area, portable barbecue, large flat lawn area, infinity pool irregular shaped 7m x 21m; shallow end 1.2m - deep end 2.5m. with whirlpool bath depth 90cm. Open 1/5 – 1/10. In case of good weather the pool may be opened earlier. During the low season it may be opened at a supplement.
The pool, loggia and garden are all lit up at night.
