The first bedroom has a twin bed and also a bunk bed, the second and third bedroom are spaious with double beds, the fourth bedroom has 3 twins. In total the villa can sleep up to 14 as there is an additional sofa bed downstairs in the games room. Also on this level you have the use of a gym with treadmill, weights and other cardio machines. Perfect for those looking to do a little exercise whilst on holiday.
Downstairs on the lower level of the house you have a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. From the kitchen you can also access the garden area and make your way to the pool. Through the kitchen you are lead directly into the spacious living and dining area you have plenty of space for relaxing or enjoying a home cooked meal. From the living room you can open up the large glass doors to access the outside garden and pool area. There is plenty of outdoor seating and places to relax with a good book or perhaps a glass of wine.
This villa has no shortage on entertainment for both adults and children. There's is a fully equipped games room with pool table, pin ball machine, dartboard, fussball and PS2 and PS3 gaming machines. Outside you can also set up the table tennis and have a match against family members, take a dive in the large 14x8 swimming pool, or watch the kids jump around on the trampoline.
