Villa Tamesis is a comfortable and cozy family villa within walking distance to the beach and the marina of Puerto Banus. The villa has three floors and the decor is modern and stylish. The villa accommodates 8 guests, so there is a plenty of space for a family or a group of friends to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun. The ground floor offers a spacious living room with a fireplace and has a direct access to the garden and pool area. The dining area has room for 8 people and the kitchen is well equipped. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other one has a double bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom offers a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and its own private terrace with the views out to the garden and pool. On the lower ground floor of the house, there is a you have a separate apartment with a living and dining area as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The house offers full air-conditioning on the ground and first floor. The lower basement level does not have air conditioning, but tends to stay quite cool. The garden and the BBQ area is a perfect place to relax, not to mention the soothing swimming pool. There are also sun loungers next to the pool. The nearest beach is less than 2 km of walk away and the services of Nueva Andalucia, like the shopping possibilities and restaurants, are nearby. It also takes only around 20 minutes to drive to the city center of Marbella.
