Villa Muntanya

Muntanya is a place of peace and quiet in the middle of the Gavarres massif, located in the town of Cruïlles in the shire of Baix Empordà. This villa is located about 250 meters above sea level, it is the ideal environment to feel at one with yourself, disconnected from your everyday activities, while still having the comforts that facilitate daily life. Within the grounds of Muntanya there are two houses: one in which the owners live permanently and the other one is for the guests. Muntanya is an old cottage reformed into a house that meets modern needs. There's four bedrooms and beautiful common areas including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room in this villa. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The other one of them has a capacity for 4 people. The room has a king size double bed as well as a sofa bed for two people. The hand basins are made from an ancient stone and the shower and toilets are completely separate. The whole room is heated with radiators and towel rail. The room has a kettle, coffee maker (with Nespresso capsules) and Bose Bluetooth speaker. The other one is a room for one. It has a single bed and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The room can also be used as a massage room for example. Two more bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One of them has a capacity for 3 people. It is the only room that has a fireplace. It offers a king size bed (190x200) and a single sofa bed as well as a cozy bathroom with shower and a toilet. The whole room is heated with radiators and heated towel rail. The room has a kettle, coffee maker (with Nespresso capsules) and Bose Bluetooth speaker. The other one is the room that allows you to sleep in a king size bed or convert it into two comfortable single beds. It also has a sofa bed for two people. To add there's a spacious bathroom with two basins on a white carpentry with attached cabinets and a large front mirror as well as a shower and a toilet. The whole room is heated with radiators and towel rail. The room has a kettle, coffee maker (with Nespresso capsules) and Bose Bluetooth speaker. There's a WIFI throughout the property and a pool area which the two houses share.
