When entering the yard of this three-story villa, there is a swimming pool and terrace area which leads you to the villa. When you enter to the ground floor of the villa, you can access the villa from the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is modern, bright and well-equipped, the kitchen has a large island that makes it easy to prepare food and for two persons to eat beside the island. There is also a dining table for six in the kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is a living room with a large sofa, a TV and a small table where three people can eat. There is one toilet on this floor. On the second floor of the villa, there are three double bedrooms, all of which have access to a common balcony with views of the pool and the beach. This floor also has a bathroom with a bathtub. On the third floor there is a bathroom with a shower, a living room, a bedroom with two single beds and a crib, this floor also has a separate storage room.
Going back outside, there is an outdoor dining table right next to the kitchen on the covered terrace area. There is an outdoor fireplace next to the pool and on the other side there are sun loungers and a pergola. At the other end of the pool is a separate small building with a sofa and a dining table. Stairs lead to the roof of this building, and there are sun loungers from which it is easy to admire the view of the beach from the roof terrace.
From the villa, it is only a few steps to the beach and restaurant. Nearby the village of Ponta do Sol is known for its beaches, sunshine and charming villages. Funchal, the capital of Madeira, is about half an hour's drive away.
