Villa Neja is located in the village of Nečujam, on the picturesque island of Šolta,Croatia.The villa is only 20 meters from the Adriatic Sea,500 meters from the sandy beach and the center of Nečujam.From the island, it is a short journey by water to the city of Split. This villa with three bedrooms accommodates six (+2) persons.
On the first floor of the elegantly decorated three-story villa, there is a spacious living room where you can watch TV and from which sliding doors open to the outdoor terrace. Next to the living room is an open kitchen, an island with four bar stools, the space also has a large dining table; the kitchen is well equipped and you can also easily go out to the terrace at the outdoor dining table from the kitchen. From this floor, the stairs lead to the second floor, where there are three comfortable bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are large double ensuite bedrooms with their own balconies with sea views. The third bedroom has two single beds, a private bathroom with a bathtub. The premises of the villa are air-conditioned. In the lowest - basement floor there is a well-equipped gym, lounge and toilet.
From the swimming pool outside, there are beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area; next to the pool you can enjoy the sun in the sun loungers next to the pool. On the slightly higher level, there is a terrace with an outdoor dining table, a grill and a lounge area.
You can reach the Island of Šolta from Split by catamaran which takes about half an hour our by ferry that takes an hour; you will get with them to the town of Rogač and from there it takes by car less than fifteen minutes to reach the villa by car.The island of Šolta is a wonderful paradise-like island, which is well suited for travelers who are looking for peace and beautiful nature for their vacation. There are charming villages, attractions and beaches on the island.
