Villa Amanda is a classic Andalusian-style villa right in the heart of the Costa del Sol, in the beautiful town of Fuengirola. The villa is located in a wonderful beach location and all services are within walking distance. The large villa has nine bedrooms and in addition the apartment connected to the house has two bedrooms, so in total the villa can accommodate up to 22 guests. Villa is air-conditioned and outside is a private swimming pool. Keeping to its true Andalucian roots this villa as has an eclectic and timeless style with each corner being thoughtfully curated. Walking through the front door you will be amazed by the gorgeous grand salon with multiple lounge spaces and with each section staying true to its eccentric style, with antique style furniture and crystal chandeliers in each room. One of the salon areas gives views out to the courtyard and has an open steal fireplace. The second offers stunning views out to the garden and pool area as well as to the Mediterranean Sea. Moving on through the living room you encounter a grandeur dining area that exudes a stately and regal feel. Large windows surround the dining table to not only let in natural light but to also enable the opportunity to enjoy beautiful sea views during whilst dining. The fully equipped kitchen has e.g. separate butler's kitchenette, dining table, a double vitro oven, two large refrigerators and a freezer. Next to the kitchen is another dining area with panoramic views of the garden and the sea. The space is connected to a covered outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner. The villa has nine spacious bedrooms, eight of which have their own bathroom. There are five bedrooms on the first floor, two of which have sea views. The other three bedrooms have views of the garden and pool. Upstairs there are four further bedrooms, all en-suite with WC, bidet and bath/shower combination. In addition, attached to the house there is an apartment with two bedrooms The outdoor area has a well-kept garden and several patios and sitting areas. In addition, there is a large private swimming pool by which you can relax in the sun loungers. The villa is located next to a beautiful promenade, so the sandy beach, cafes, restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity of the house.
