Villa Nova 3 has two floors. The upper floor is at ground level and there is a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and one has a single bed. On the lower floor there is another bedroom with a double bed. Each bedroom has a TV, air conditioning and heating. On the lower floor there is also a lounge area, a pool table, a PlayStation and a bathroom with a sauna.
In the foreground of the outdoor area is a swimming pool, next to which there are sun loungers. There is also a parasol and an outdoor shower next to the pool. There is also a luxurious sun bed and a jacuzzi in the outdoor area. The covered terrace in the outdoor area has a dining set, a grill and a set of sofas for lounging. In addition, the yard has a lovely view of the sea. There is a tennis court near the villa, which is shared with other villas.
The nearest village, Novalja, is a short drive away. There are a few shops and restaurants in Novalja. The island of Pag also has wonderful natural attractions, and the nearest beach is within walking distance. The island of Pag is connected to the mainland by a bridge, so visiting Croatian mainland is effortless. For example, the larger city of Zadar is about an hour's drive away.
