The villa has a 2 storey layout. The first floor has a well- equipped kitchen and dinning room with table for 14 people. In the same floor there is living room with Sat-TV, small reading room 1 bathroom and 2 master bedrooms (ensuite bathroom). The second floor, accessed through external staircase as well as from the internal spiral staircase where there is 1 master double bedroom, 2 double bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathroom and 2 of the bedrooms has a bathtub. There is an access to the loggia leading to another zone of the villa. Composed with 1 double bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom) and 1 double bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom).
The outside areas of the La Vernaccia include electric gate which is completely fenced. There is a private swimming pool and furniture for outside dinning.
The villa is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards producing an excellent olive oil and the famous white wine Vernaccia. When staying at La Vernaccia there is a possibility to participate to wine and olive oil tastings at the property´s wine cellar.
San Gimignano is just 2km away and it offers different restaurants, shops and supermarkets, etc and the restaurants are easily reachable.
